Byfrost has no limitation in the number of stored documents or users. The fee structure is straight forward; you pay for processing of new documents and files only on a fixed monthly basis.

Pricing is based on your chosen formula of the processing speed that best matches your day-to-day use and includes 50GB of free storage and offsite daily backup.

You can always change your chosen formula, taking effect from the start of the following calendar month, contact us for more details.

Multi-data center service is an add-on service providing the highest protection, with a guarantee that your data will always be available.

For a detailed list of files and documents allowed to be taken into Byfrost for processing, see the Extension List. Please note that each file and document added require more space than the original file. When files and documents are taken into Byfrost and processed, Byfrost keeps the original file as well as a generated PDF version with thumbnails and indexations of all text, all fully encrypted.

For free hosting including full daily offsite backup, adequate server resources are available but within reasonable use related to the subscribed formula. If a subscription is cancelled, the basic hosting will be cancelled as well and all the data securely deleted. Should you wish to cancel your subscription we can provide you with a basic export for free or an advanced export per quote, contact us for more details.
